To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of this site, its content, or links. 

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the site will not exceed $150 or the amount you paid us for the service or feature at issue in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
